Best Lifestyle Changing Books Read in 2019
Are you a bit tired of the “self-help” genre that continues to push motivating and hopeful content, but lacks research based strategies? I was too. I love to feel motivated and inspired, but I also want simple practical solutions when I’m willing to make a change to my lifestyle.
